GCDB teaches essential realism concepts such as form, values, and color theory using the grid method. Students learn a variety of mediums including graphite, colored pencil, and watercolor. They choose their own projects and complete them at their own pace (typically one project per semester on average). All students will be invited to participate in the Annual GCDB Art Show and Young Artist Awards during the month of July.
